Joshua and Benjamin spent more than a decade in the electrical trade across Nottingham before forming JBRC Ltd to put their joint experience under one roof. Both directors work across every side of the business — domestic rewires, EICRs and EV chargers, alongside commercial fit-outs, fire alarms and three-phase work — and both are responsible for the work that goes out under the JBRC name.

The business is built on a simple rule. Every certificate JBRC issues is signed off by one of the two named directors — no subcontracted certs and no "sent through head office". That single discipline is the reason our paperwork holds up at the moments that matter — sale, remortgage, insurance claim or compliance inspection.
