Leicester is 29 miles south of our NG1 base, comfortably inside our regular booked-work radius. Student-let HMOs in LE2 pick up layered DIY work — added sockets, isolators, immersion-heater spurs that don't match the original load calculation. Licensing inspections increasingly catch the resulting code-1s; we re-design and re-label as part of the upgrade scope.
